To say it right from the start, there is no story in the game, therefore, there is no story mode; all you can do is duel with people as I mentioned above, but despite this, it draws you in. There are two game modes: duel and free for all. Duel, as you know, consists of 1v1, 2v1, or 2v2 matches. The fighting locations do not affect the match, only the places you duel (Cliff, Dojo, Courtyard) change. Whoever wins two out of three matches wins. In Free for all, you are in a larger area with many other players, and you can challenge anyone you want to a duel. Here, the one who wins five out of nine matches wins. 

    Since there are different swords and different styles in the game, I recommend spending quite a lot of time in training mode first. To really see which sword suits you best, you need to use them. You should learn the attack times of the styles, otherwise, you will lose very quickly. After all, there is no pay to win logic in this game; whoever improves their skills more, wins. With the points you earn from duels, you unlock new swords, but think of these more as sword skins. What matters more is the sword type. You can choose one of four different character types, dress it up as you wish, and wield a sword. 

    Now let me tell you about the types of swords and attack styles. We have four different sword types and three different attack styles. Our swords: Longsword, Katana, Rapier, Scimitar. Our styles: Fast, Balanced, Heavy. For every sword and every style, you need to learn to fight at a different tempo. Of course, it's not just about you; let's say you mastered with one sword, but your opponents will always be fighting you with different swords and different styles. After all, you can't change your sword in a duel, but you can change your style. Someone who fights in Balanced style can instantly switch to fast style during the duel, dealing lower damage but landing lots of strikes quickly. Thanks to these sudden shifts and different combos, the one with real skill wins—sometimes a very minor mistake can determine the outcome of the entire duel. That's why, as I said before, make sure to always learn in training, get warmed up in training. Remember, Education is the foundation of everything.
