Skipping YouTube Ads with MacBook Pro Touch Bar
It was revealed through a post shared by a Reddit user named u/BiggerBadgers that YouTube ads can be skipped on MacBook Touch Bar models.
It is a very simple process to do; in fact, you don’t actually need to do anything specific to make this happen. Just open YouTube in the Safari browser, and when an ad appears, click the next media button on the Touch Bar. If you can’t click it, simply drag the video to the end using the video timeline (which is also on the Touch Bar). After these steps, you will have skipped the ad.
If no buttons appear on the Touch Bar, reset everything in the keyboard settings and make sure you check the option to show the Touch Bar.
I got curious and tried this, and indeed, I saw that it works.
