To the Moon - Review

To the Moon

To the Moon

We can say To the Moon is an indie 2D visual novel game with a wonderful story that will move you deeply and even make you cry. All you need to play is your mouse. The gameplay is that simple, but it is by no means a simple game. There are many different references and details included.

To the Moon

In this game, we control two doctors (Dr. Watts and Dr. Rosalene) from a company called Sigmund Agency of Life Generation. The purpose of this company is to enter the memories of people who are about to die with the help of a machine and make their last wishes come true. But only in their memories. In short, we change their memories. You make them remember things that haven’t really happened and allow them to die happy.

To the Moon

To the Moon offers us a delightful experience with its music, effects, and graphics—pardon me, not a game but more like a story. It’s as if you’re watching a movie, and you should definitely spend a day discovering the depth of this beautiful story. You need to help Johnny Wyles and understand why he wants to go to the moon, and send Johnny to the moon.

I tried to give almost no details about the game, both regarding the story and gameplay. Because as I said, this is a game to be finished in a single night, not really one for replaying over and over again. Even if you replay it, you will not get the taste you did the first time. Just like in our lives, everything is beautiful the first time it is experienced. After that, no matter what you do, you can’t get that same feeling again. In short, go and see the unique story of To the Moon.

My score for the game: 🎮🎮🎮🎮
