Arma 3
Arma (Armed Assault) 3 is a heavy war simulation game. In the story mode, we play as a soldier from the British Special Forces. In the 2030s, Iranian soldiers land on Greek islands. The NATO alliance tries to stop this attack but fails and suffers a defeat. We continue the fight alone or with the soldiers by our side. The maps; Altis (Limnos) island is 270 square kilometers and Stratis (Bozbaba) island is 20 square kilometers, offering incredibly large maps, legendary graphics, enjoyable gameplay, realistic sounds, and good artificial intelligence, making Arma 3 a very successful game.
Apart from the main story, you can create your own missions with the editor mode and share the missions you create with other players. There are quite a lot of user-made stories, so you are not always playing the same story.
Since the map is large, some areas look similar to each other but this similarity is not disturbing. Besides the size of the map, the abundance of usable vehicles also draws attention. The modeling of the soldiers and weapons is simply perfect.
In multiplayer mode, you can experience war to the fullest or have fun roleplaying on servers. The developers went through a lot of difficulties to offer us this fun. Two members of the development team were accused of espionage and imprisoned while taking pictures of settlements on the Greek islands. Despite everything, their efforts did not go wasted as they developed this game to near perfection and it makes you feel like you've actually visited those islands. You can join with your friends and go on operations together.
