ENIAC (First Electronic Computer)

The order for its construction was given in 1941 and it was completed in 1945; then, in 1947, it was introduced to the press and earned the title of the first electronic computer.
ENIAC stands for Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer, which can be translated into Turkish as "Elektronik Sayısal Entegreli Hesaplayıcı."

ENIAC covered an area of 167 m² and at the same time weighed 30 tons, so as you can guess, it was not really a computer suited for houses.

What is a Computer?

The word computer, in its literal meaning, appears as a machine that processes information.
A computer is an electronic system that processes the given data with specified methods and reaches the desired result.

A computer needs programs to solve problems.
A program is a sequence of commands/tasks sent to the computer to achieve a result using data.
